MERCEDES STEERING LOCK EMULATOR CAN BE FUN FOR ANYONE

All fuses have energy except for 22-25 which the manual claims are for motor electronics. I suppose what I’m wanting to know is exactly where are All those fuses drawing their power supply from? Is there every other things which might be leading to just These Fuses to not get any power? Any help of any kind is tremendously apprecia
